Hello,
I'm Mindaugas, Jazz one way or another has been part of me for more than half of my life. In some stages it was my main activity, in others it traveled to the margins while I was occupied by some other activities. In improvise at everything I do. I am hungry for challenges and I see everything as an opportunity for creativity.
I am a dancer, musician, manager, organizer, creator. I write content, I give lectures, I am interested in many things and try to interest others.
I am an organized artist. And sometimes an artistic organizer. Although most of the time - I'm just a jazzing persona.
"Life has its own rhythm. Just like dance, music or nature itself. If you follow this rhythm and find the courage to improvise - that's jazz."

HOME JAZZ BAND CONCERTS
I can confidently say that traditional jazz and swing are the music of the widest audience. Two-year-olds and teenagers, adults and old people also dance. This music is simple to the ear, but at the same time moving and joyful. But if you're here, you probably already know this.

✓ Moku organizuoti. 15 metų aktyviai organizuota, kūrybinta ir prisidėta prie džiazo muzikos ir šokių festivalių Harlem ir All Lithuanian Weekend, pritraukusių įvairiausių žmonių iš viso pasaulio.
✓ Turiu daug įvairiaspalvės tarptautinės patirties. 10 metų praleidau keliaudamas po pasaulį - mokydamas šokti, skaitydamas paskaitas ir grodamas džiazo festivaliuose. Netikėtumai yra dažnas svečias mano gyvenime ir jie jau seniai nebekelia nemalonių jausmų.
✓ Sritimis, kurias myliu - domiuosi itin atidžiai. Džiazo istorijos žinios nugulė į organizuotus Jazz Era Quiz protmūšius, kino vakarus, paskaitas, mokymus.
✓ Sakoma, kad man visai sekasi mokyti. Turiu daugiau nei 16 metų mokytojo patirties, žinau, kaip rasti būdų susikalbėti ir paaiškinti dalykus įvairiausio plauko žmonėms.
✓ VADYBA esu jau 16 metų tiek sau, tiek savo muzikiniams projektams Rhythm Junkies ir Home Jazz Band.
✓ Taip pat sakoma, kad esu scenos žmogus. Prie to reiktų pridėti, kad sceną esu rinkęs, filmavęs, joje šokęs ir dainavęs. Tokia kaip ir po-pu-ri situacija.
✓ Dauguma šių projektų yra susiję su kultūra ir žmonėmis. Patirtis parodė, kad galiu konsultuoti, vadovauti, organizuoti ir dalyvauti.
